Kanun gereği diş hekimi yaptığı hiç bir tedaviye garanti veremez.(ayrıntılı bilgi için tıklayınız) Ancak hekim kendi insiyatifinde hastasına belli sürelerde sorunla karşılaşıldığında ücretsiz tedavi yapabilir, bu nedenle kliniğimizde uyguladığımız implantlara ( üst yapı hariç ) 2 yıl kesin garanti , 2 yıl sonrasında sınırlı garanti vermekteyiz. Sınırlı garanti implant değişimi gerektiğinde implant üretici firma tarafından ücretsiz olarak sorunlu implant teslimi ve üretici ithalatçı tarafından sorunlu implantın değişimi kabul edildiği takdirde karşılanır, hekim implant güncel fiyatının % 45 i oranında cerrahi ücreti ve üst yapı ücretinin tamamını tahsil edebilir. Üst yapı yani implant üstüne takılan kaplama 1 yıl süre ile tam garantilidir. 2. yıl güncel fiyatın %50 i oranında fiyatlandırılır. Tüm implantlara verilen 2 yıllık klinik uygulama garantisi eğer hasta ilk 2 yıl 6 ayda bir kliniğimize kontrole gelirse geçerlidir. Tüm implantlar üretici firmaların ömür boyu(İMPLANT ÖMRÜ YASAL OLARAK 10 YIL KABUL EDİLMEKTEDİR.) yapısal ve parça garantileri altındadır.İki yıllık süre sonunda implant kaybı olursa hastanın isteği ile tekrar implant uygulaması implant için ücret alınmadan fakat cerrahi işlem ve maliyetleri yansıtılarak uygulanır.
